The Singapore trans scene is underground but vibrant. When I see Becca'Dbus with her Riot, I know the pink in lgbt is healthy. SGGURLS is seeing its millenial sistas step up and take over the reins.

SGGURLS holds events every month for it's members. To date we've organized about 144 monthly meets, another 44 informal meets. Most the gurls meet regularly. Some of the gurls have been lifelong friends. We rotate venues.
A pic today with friends who I've known for more than ten years. I've not seen Vanessa since Changi. The picture below was taken when phones and cameras live separate lives. 5.5 megapixel was the top camera tech and the debate of film vs digital still raged.

On Ladies Nite at Lulus, time was just a four letter word. We exchange news from night to morning. The live band packed up, the DJ took over, I am glad to be with my best friend and co-founder of SGGURLS. The photo below of Adaline and I was taken 12 years ago in Backstage Temple street.
