SGGURLS' 3rd Anniversary

SGGURLS' 3rd Anniversary

nicolesingslave Dec 04, 2010
3-4th of DecemberSingapore
Once a year, SGGURLS claims a few days in the name of all gurls. People from all walks of life, unfurl their jelously guarded sail to join hands in celebration of acceptance. The gurls elate their gender transient state and know that in this small piece of heaven, there will be no gate villian barring their entrance.

Friday through Saturday, the makeover and photoshoot sessions were in full motion. Magic skin lotion transformed ordinary mortals into angels worthy of any murals. Jesse of AFA, tirelessly fought through a fever, to make the event ritzy. The educational AIDS talk and free test manned by Jess' friendly AFA colleagues were like icing on a cake. HIV negative and matching smiles were far better rewards than the infinite wealth of any sheik.

Kayla, our Maestra extraordinaire, masterfully pull the troops together to make the event a successful one. Thankyou to all the SGGURLS organisers for making this event a memorable one.

SGGURLS 3rd anniversary: program draft

SGGURLS 3rd anniversary: program draft

nicolesingslave 1 hr ago
27th November 2010Singapore
We're oversubscribed! It's not a wonder when the value proposition is overwhelming. For a mere 18sgd, the gurls get a free make over, photography session, food and two days of chalet worth 180sgd per person. There are not many places where one can get 10x returns. Herein lies the problem, we're underfunded for the overpacked fun event.

We discussed this problem at length yesterday and decided to uphold this proposition, but we do need help cover the short fall. We're going to put a 'donation' box at the entrance of the chalet. For those of you who feel charitable, please do help us. Here's the DRAFT program for our SGGURLS celebration. The final program will be publish soon.
For payment & registration for this coming 3-4th DEC 2010 event, please email kdressersg@yahoo.com.sg

Tapping into SF's kinky pulse

Tapping into SF's kinky pulse

11th November 2011,
San Francisco.

Gourmet food versus a tight corset? It was an obvious bet when it came to meeting the Maestro, the King of kink who was hosting the monthly BaGG event in the Glas Kat supper club . Finding the club shouldn't be a problem unless one drank too much coffee & rum and overlooked the the need to write down the zip code. The cost was being lost in some godsaken place in South SF (near the airport). Bloody Garmin with it's load of useless zipcodes!

Getting carded and a twenty later, I got to meet two delectable amores: Leah and Keira. Fifi was inducted to be our photographer. Short lived was her duty as the thorny bar monitor zeroed in on the flash like a moth to flame. Bye, bye, Mr. Camera.

My wish was fulfilled when I finally got to see the King of Kink exhibit his flogging skills. The slave whimpered and counted, "One, Maestro. TOooh, Maestro. .." The crowd was riveted on the eye candy. Was I turned ...too bad I can't show you the pic.

San Franciso, SM and Tgurls

San Franciso, SM and Tgurls

6th November 2010

San Francisco.

Parking in SF was hell for this Singapore belle. The race for a parking space and the queen's ransom to keep the SFPD's steel vice off my wheels left a bad taste especially when I want to spend $$$ in the glbt capital. Shopping was a bust: Piedmont at the Haight was a tourist baiter, Stormy Leather was a-shuttered and Mr. S Leather was no better. San Fran, my dear San Fran, where's your rumble?

Yelp's recommendation of Brenda's was no help. The biscuit was just too hard. Coffee tasted bland at Wicked Grounds and worst still was the staff who seemed dumbfounded by the SM events posted on the cafe's calendar. San Fran where the your vibe? I went to SF Citadel hoping to shake off the cold spell. It started well when a soft-spoken chivalrous gentleman declared Fifi and I his guests. We saved a fifty and I flashed a wily smile. He showed us around from the table with bad tasting dumplings to the dungeon underground. Things were turning around I thought. I must have sunk to new lows when I went below. I should have taken a prozac. To be exact, I saw no skills at play. San Fran, my dear San Fran, what happened to you while I was away? Screaming slaves and a punching bag were not why I put on my best drags. Our chivalrous gentleman took an early exit. He must have felt the way I did. Fifi had to help kept the few throlls at bay.

Finally, I had enough of leather and rubber and went to Marlena's to meet up with my gorgeous sistas. It was the best choice I made eventhough I was too hot in my latex dress. Dejavu: I sure miss my gurls, Terrence and Backstage.

SGGURLS: meet the moderator night

9th October 2010.Singapore.
Nothing beats a night of good food in a great restaurant that reserves the best seats for its trangenders patrons and their friends. Gardenslug's staff greeted us with winks and smiles, so putting up our petite feet up was no big feat.
Ssssslowly but sssssurely, the rest of the SGGURLS sssssstrolled in. Des and Jess were the only time keepers of punctuality; bless their souls! Our resident blonde bimbo booked a place that closed at 10 so when the other half of the Moderators finally showed up, the restaurant had to close and we had to wind up our meeting.

Gurls will be gurls: we didn't really get down to business until the we were done chasing down villous news. It's difficult to focus when we had on the menu sexy muumuus on sale, a secret marriage in May, a pack of 003 condoms, lolita foreplay that angered the members of cosplay, the sparks from the Dark movements disputing monarchs and a corporate buyout.

The basic plan that we were reached were:
i. yaaaay ... we got a Chalet
ii. the SGGURLS anniversary will be on 3rd(Fri)-4th(Sat) of December
iii. Jess from AFA will help us with the program.

Singapore

With the Chinese Ghost Month just over and the gates of hell shut tight banishing the hungry ghosts for another year, the host with the most, Mystevious, rang the party bell. The revellers of middle earth answered, congregating at Alcova for the hottest bods in town. Cougars, gender benders, male strippers, paegent winners and hot beavers drank, rubbed bodies and danced with gusto to the beat of the DJ maestro.

Our very special birthday gurl, the sassy Trish, with her party posse filled up the VIP booth. Two became three, and three became eighteen. The party gene had set afire the trans party scene. The cake came, candles were lit and songs flowed befitting a starlit queen.

Mystevious steamed up the glass panes by crowning the man with hot gleaning muscles as the hottest man in Singapore.

Meeting a local celebrity

Meeting a local celebrity
nicolesingslave

Singapore, 21st August 2010.

It was an honour to be personally invited by the bodilicious and blogger celebrity Fauzi Rassull to the hottest party in town. The designers of the YOG torch & cauldron toucheddown in Alcova just in time to watch Mistevious flex her blue boa.

Mistevious was her usual mischevious self pumping up the floor with her humorous antics. When she invited some hot babes up the tight stage floor, nitrous set the party alight.

The stagelight went off and the sexpots brought the roof down strutting their oh-so-tight kumquats. The aircondition could not quell the bastion of jumping hot bodies.

A sort of homecoming

A sort of homecoming
22 May 2010, Sweltering Singapore.

It's been a hectic four months of travelling from Munich to New Brunswick, studying and doing research for a technology project. It should be fun but the intense paper chase at a daunting pace felt like a lesion in the tushy. It's nice to be back in Singapore even for a short while. I'd plan to go see Marla's art exhibition on Saturday which I heard rave reviews. Unfortunately, even the best of plans go askew. As the evening finally wind down, a few of us who could make it to Backstage, caught up with each other. We had a lovely time. In between the pilsners and banter, I finally caught up with four months of events.

A lot had happened when I was away. A new star rose from the runway. She founded SIS ("Sisters in Solidarity") to fight discrimination, pushed SIS with other transwomen in Singapore's biggest glbt event, won the best show-womanship in a poledancing competition and completed a major art exhibition / show in a space of a few months. I guess she went to places and set a new yardstick for many of us who had long cowled in defeat. If this world was the Matrix, I'm the happy Morpheus finally discovering the elusive Neo.

Marla deserves our support and we should do no more. Thanks to the sisters like Trish, Rose, Leona, Claudia and many sympathetic friends who were behind this brave lass who's had enough with indignant trespass.

One day at STYLEPLANET

One day at STYLEPLANET
It's been quite a while since I visited Andie in his shop, StylePlanet. My heart was like an unbridal stallion further making me realize that the old U-bahn seemed to chug along like a grandma snail. I must have flown out Goetheplatz as it took almost no time at all to get to Styleplanet. On my way there, I found a new SM bar called the "Kinky bar". It looked good from the outside. When I got to Styleplanet, Andie looked the same as I last left him. I could have sworn that this was the same shirt and jeans he wore two years ago on this same date. Andie was his usual self, super busy with making sure people look super in their chosen gummy & leder.
Andie started his Cappucino machine. The man is extremely particular about his coffee. I had no problems making myself at home. I wish my gurlfriends in Singapore could meet Andie. He's a gem in a million. Easy going and of course dangerously good looking. While Andie fastidiously tend to the never ending stream of customers, I chose about two dozen outfits. Time evaporated like ether. Andie finally inspected my selection. He asked me to put them on grumbled "sehen aus wie eine alte Jungfer" or was it "Kleidung der alten Jungfer". He refused to sell me any of the things, I had chosen. We discussed the look that I wanted over a few rounds of fantastic tasting coffee. Andie ran around his shop like a fashion Flash grabbing things here and there. All I saw was a blurred image of the fashionista putting things on the dresser and the doppler effect of "Verschleiß dieser ... Verschleiß dieser...dieser...". I trusted him implicitly as his outfit won me the best dressed competition in Shanghai's biggest halloween party held in Shanghai Studio. More cappucinos and much hard work of dressing up, I chose some amazing outfit. Some are on order for my next visit. I can't wait to wear this to some SM events & private plays.

When in Germany, nicht Deutsch sprechen

When in Germany, nicht Deutsch sprechen
Munchen's weather had been unkind to me the whole week, cold rain in the night and I am stuck in meetings during the day. After a few nights of that crappy routine, I decided to brave the elements and go to KittyKat. In the past, the club was opened on Friday. I called Helmut on his mobile and spoke to him in my broken German. I thought heard him say Freitag when in fact he said Partei am Samstag. Still dazed from my hectic two weeks, I guess I heard what I wanted to hear. I got out my PVC and went to Domakstrasse 33 at Schwabing. I had a bad feel of how things were going to be for the night when the cab driver couldn't find the entrance. The normal entrance was blocked off by bank of pebbles. After twenty minutes on the walkie talkie, the cabbie finally found the obscure entrance. God blessed this young blonde man, not only did he not charge me the extra time but he even gave me a discount. :-O After he dropped me off, I went up to the the entrance only to find the dreaded five words: "CLOSE / SCHLIEßEN". Drat, I am in a middle of an abandoned factory campus, wearing 6 inch stilleto boots and with at least 3 km to the main road. I took some photos and when I thought things can't get worse, old man winter decided to take a piss. I wondered in the dark for an eternity stumbling across my only souvenir for being there: "M XW7063".

Was I glad when I finally flagged down a cab on the main road. The elderly cab driver was ...er hemm... extremely interested in giving me more than a cab ride. I decided to my favorite haunt in Munchen called MYLORD bar. The cold night was warmed up by the exchanges with the cab driver where I mostly uttered: "nein","nein", "nein danke", "vielleicht das nächste Mal","I Sitzung am Freunde"."vielleicht das nächste Mal", "nien, nein, danke." Oh my lord, the bar looked abandoned and desolated. I guess the downturn had been brutal. So at the end, my Freitag abend is: Scheisse!!

SGGURLS' AGELESS in SINGAPORE JANUARY 2010 TRANS PARTY

SGGURLS' AGELESS in SINGAPORE JANUARY 2010 TRANS PARTY

Singapore, 23-24 January 2010.

When I walked into PLU, I found Rose and Daniel flat on the ground bored from waiting on our princesses to show up. Oh dearie me, the gurls will be fashionably late or was this going to be a logistic hiccup? I didn't pass up on the chance to chat with the founders of SGB. Rose showed me a newspaper article featuring Fanny Ler: "They stare at you, talk behind your back", http://tnp.sg/news/story/0,4136,227874,00.html.

Before we got the opportunity to get deeper into our chat, the gurls trickled in. Let the feast begin: food, food, food, vodka, tequila and whisky. Soon everyone was busy like bees, flirting and joking. When the alcohol kicked in, we got to pick on Bendini. I flash my red panty at Marla, Yvonne pulled down her tight shorts revealing a sexy black lacy thong, Bendini spread her legs, Divi mooned us and Trish said that she was straight. Har har...I've no idea what I just wrote.

The good thing about having a party in a cafe like PLU is that we won't run out of good food. The downside: diet plan, out you go like an old shoe. Our sweet Diva, Destynee, and PLU gave Ada and I, the best present we could ever ask for: two tantalising cakes served by two cute PLU guys. We blew out their candles....duh...the candles on the cakes. Collectively, Ada and I are two years old. That's nice.

When the clock struck at midnight precise, the party was too hot to be iced. The gurls went downtown & made Supper club the new party hub. Don't ask me about the candles there, I don't want to get walloped.

We would like to thank Shawn and Andrew for agreeing to host our bodacious party and our wonderful friends for helping make the party fiesty.

First outing of 2010

First outing of 2010
Singapore, 2nd January 2010.

We decided to start off 2010 by chilling out in an uber cool bar that had disappeared for a few months only to resurrect at 41A Neil Road. We were relieve to find that the new DMYK had retained its distinctive style & decor. It may end our dry spell for classy bars.

Can one expect pizzazz from a bar with techno jazz? Yes! I swore I was in the Alpha Chi sorority with it's bevy of beautiful gurls and their heavenly curves. But alas! No luck for this blonde lesbian tigress. The gurls just wanted to dance with good looking musclemen with strong lances. We headed for PLAY, the purported gateway to getting laid. Enroute, we were treated to wolfy smiles and growls by old prunes under the light of a full moon. Twiglight reprised too soon? Arghhh... double step, platoon. There was a line outside the archway. 15 dollars said the gate's milkmaid. Some of the beauties said, I am paying only if the barmaid lubes up. LINEUP said the guard. Some of the beauties did, some batted their eyelid and left for Dixies. Two tried to slip under the curfew manned by Harpies for parents.
